Ageproof AI Wellness ("Ageproof", "we", "us", or "our")

Welcome to Ageproof! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ageproof mobile application and related services. By using Ageproof, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Ageproof, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Ageproof is a wellness application that:

• Estimates your biological age based on health metrics
• Provides AI-generated personalized wellness protocols
• Tracks your health data with your permission via Apple HealthKit
• Offers daily wellness recommendations and reminders

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ageproof. By using our service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may create an account using Apple Sign In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. During the trial, you have full access to premium features. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

5.2 Subscription Plans

• Monthly: $9.99/month, billed monthly
• Yearly: $69.99/year, billed annually (save 42%)

5.3 Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

5.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly through their standard refund process.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Ageproof for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service to harm or exploit others
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Ageproof—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the compilation thereof—are the exclusive property of Ageproof and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User Content

Any data, feedback, or content you provide through the app remains yours. By using Ageproof, you grant us a limited license to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services. We will never sell your personal data.

9. Health Data

Ageproof may access health data from Apple HealthKit with your permission. This data is:

• Used solely to provide personalized wellness insights
• Stored primarily on your device
• Never sold to third parties
• Processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time through your device settings.

10. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ageproof and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or health outcomes, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of Ageproof shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ageproof and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Ageproof at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or third parties
• Is fraudulent or illegal

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of Ageproof after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ageproof regarding the use of our service.
